Seriously our Ikea shelving unit collapsed and it’s sat outside. Someone please take it so I dont have to try and fit it into the Twingo to dispose of it.

Can’t you call the council to come and collect it?

Meh. Buy a 1x2" board, then cleverly reassemble it into a hobby/parts shelf for $1.50. I built my cheap old drawing desk into a work bench a few years ago and I'm still using it in the garage.

I’ll mail you a perfectly fine IKEA tall-table that is sitting in the garage in pieces, in exchange for the shelves. (If you pay the astronomical overseas shipping costs, of course) It has a scratch on one of the legs, so we just bought a new one.

You can always whack it to pieces, can’t be that hard, since IKEA is all about that cardboard and/or chipboard. It’ll easily fit in the Twingo afterwards!

A few years ago I used a broken shelving unit which may or may not have been from Ikea as a pair of make shift oil change ramps. It worked well enough.

I’ll swim over to the UK and pick it up.
